Russel Feldman is President of TBA Architects, Inc. of West Concord and San Francisco. He has been active at the BAC since 1979. A member of the Board of Trustees since 2003, he is Chair of the Board, and served as Vice Chair from 2007-2009, and in 2005-06. Russ has also served as an Overseer, and has chaired numerous committees and task forces while on the Board.
