Employers: Post a Job

BAC students learn to practice design professionally long before they complete their degree programs, positioning them to be exceptionally competitive as designers and innovaters. Employers offer students fresh perspectives and unparalleled opportunities to expand the breath of their knowledge and capabilities as designers, as well as to explore different paths of professional growth and development.

The Practice Department is delighted to assist employers who are interested in recruiting BAC students and graduates for design-related positions. Please read the information below to learn how to post jobs to our database:

Please note: All positions must be paid opportunities relevant to the fields of architecture, interior architecture, landscape architecture, or design studies. If you are unsure about whether your position qualifies, please contact practice@the-bac.edu.

Freelance Positions/Independent Contractors

If you are an individual contractor posting a freelance opportunity, please use your name as the organization name and fill in the fields that are applicable, including a detailed description of the job. Certain professional services, such as stamped drawings and construction documents, must be performed by a licensed architect. If you are unsure about whether to recruit a BAC student or graduate for independent contracting work, email practice@the-bac.edu.

Note that any currently enrolled BAC students that are hired for freelance or independent contracting jobs require supervision by a BAC faculty advisor or design professional in order to receive recognition toward the completion of their degree for the work they perform.

BAC Resume Book

Many of our students who are looking for jobs opt into the BAC Resume Book.
