History and Theory 2 is an intensive seminar in research methodology that prepares students for their Thesis project. Students will be asked to do an original research essay on a design topic of their choosing. Research topics may include: annotated bibliographies, literature reviews, precedent and site studies, as well as a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Interior Design students take this class simultaneously with ID Thesis Seminar; Architecture students take it the semester before Seminar. - REPLACED by HT-7162-12/09
