Application Requirements for the BAC's low-residency/ online Masters of Design Studies in Historic Preservation:

  • Application (Printable or Online)
  • Official Transcrips
  • Resume
  • Essay
  • Two (2) Letters of Recommendation
  • Nonrefundable Application Fee of $50

 

Financial Aid

As a fully accredited college, the BAC offers a full range of federal financial aid. For more information about financial aid see Financial Aid Homepage . Tuition and Fees
Tuition for the 2011-2012 academic year is approximately $7900 per semester (cost may vary by program start date and course selection). There is a fee to cover housing and other event costs for each in-Boston intensive. Tuition may be reduced for students who have transferred in courses.

International Students
International students may complete the MDS by continuing to live in their home country and travelling to Boston for short learning intensives during 3 semesters of the program. Please see additional international student requirements here.
