John H. Boehs Jr. is a mechanical engineer with more than 10 years of professional experience in the design of energy-conscious buildings. Most recently, John was employed as a senior mechanical engineer with the Boston office of Arup and responsible for HVAC design, building physics, annual energy modeling and LEED credit documentation. Representative projects include: the Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science Complex, the University of Virginia Studio Art Building (Ruffin Hall), the Portland Art Museum (North Wing) and the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture. John is licensed in Massachusetts as both a Mechanical Engineer and a Construction Supervisor, and he is a LEED Accredited Professional.
