Lenord Cubellis

Len Cubellis is Senior Vice President of cm&b, Inc. of Danvers, Ma. In this position since January, 2010, he is responsible for the coordination of pre-construction services which include the management and execution of the owner's goals, objectives and construction budget among the owner's design and construction team to realize a successful project.

Len founded Cubellis, Inc. in 1986, and served as its President and CEO until 2009. Under his leadership, the firm he established evolved into an integrated, multidisciplinary design firm offering architectural, interior design, and engineering services throughout the United States, as well as in the United Arab Emirates. The firm's practice areas of expertise include retail, mixed-use, hospitality, workplace solutions, residential, academic/education, and government/municipal.

Len holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and while at Syracuse attended the Technische Universität Wien in Vienna, Austria with renowned architect Rob Krier. He is a winner of the Sam Walton Community Participation Award for his work in revitalizing Onset, MA. He has redeveloped over 20 buildings on Onset's waterfront and has played a major role in the revitalization of the Village of Onset, Massachusetts. There he founded the Onset Bay Association in 1992, which had become a model in the successful Massachusetts "Main Streets" Revitalization program.

As a recognized industry leader, Len is consistently sought after to present at industry conferences and events. A recent honor for Len was welcoming attendees to the 2008 AIA National Convention Host City Gala event in the Cubellis sponsored Design Forward Lounge held in the Boston Public Library.
