Trish Gannon joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston in 2006 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Finance & Planning, and CFO. She provides strategic leadership and policy development for the organization and direct oversight of all financial and planning functions, ensuring long-range sustainability as well as fiscal stability for the agency's 10 Clubs and programs. She manages a range of activities to support the financial, facility and technological functions of the agency, including investments, budgets, audit, insurance and vendor relationships.

Formerly, Trish had served as Vice President for Fiscal Affairs and CFO of Merrimack College, where she provided strategic direction for the financial and facility operations of the independent, four-year college offering liberal arts, business, science and engineering programs within a residential campus setting. Trish spent 10 years in senior leadership positions at the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency, formerly Massachusetts Industrial Finance Agency, where she directed all financing programs including tax-exempt bonds, direct loans and loan guarantees, with particular focus on colleges and universities and other nonprofit institutions. She began her career as Assistant to the CFO at Boston's Children's Museum.

Driven by her commitment to the not-for-profit sector, Trish has served on boards and committees for several nonprofit organizations and is currently Treasurer of ConSone Academy, Immediate Past President of Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School Alumni Board and a Member of the Boston Architectural College's Finance Committee. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.P.A. from Suffolk University.
