She was at the Commonwealth's Department of Housing and Community Development, and the Department of Transitional Assistance. Stephen began his architectural career in Connecticut and later founded an architectural practice in Lowell, Massachusetts. While running his firm Stephen also led the Continuing Education Program at the Boston Architectural Center (now College), and in the early ‘80’s was a driving force behind implementation of the BAC’s Interior Design certificate program. More
