Technology Services provides resources, services and support for learning and education technology. Our goal is to provide each student and faculty with the necessar y to tools, training and support to create an optimal learning experience. Resources include workstations, current software, printers, plotters, online learning, media equipment, photo equipment, etc.
The helpdesk technician group, located in Room 406, provides service and support for all lab workstations, printing, media requests, account maintenance, scanning, room setups and some application support.
The application support specialist group provides application specific support related to academics. This includes help with design applications, guidance in workflows, formatting prints and plots, proper use of laser cutters and performing 3D printing.
