GBCI: Green Building Certification Institute

All Sustainable Design Institute (SDI) courses qualify for GBCI CE Hours for LEED AP's. A number of the SDI sustainable design courses have been previously approved by the GBCI's Education Review Board (ERB) for 48 GBCI CE Hours (general category). Completing any one of the SDI courses can provide eligibility for those wishing to take the LEED Green Associate test.

    Center for Health Design

    The Center for Health Design has approved the SDI course Sustainable Design of Healthcare Facilities for 6 EDAC CEU's.

      CEU Attendance Registration

      Students and attendees of courses eligible for CEU's must request their attendance be reported. Complete the CEU Attendance Registration upon completion of your course.

      CEU Course & Event Registration

      BAC faculty and staff who would like courses or events submitted to AIA or ASLA should complete the appropriate form. 

        The American Institute of Architects (AIA)

        The BAC is AIA CES approved to offer courses for Health, Safety, Welfare and Sustainable Design continuing education learning units (HSW/LUs) to meet architectural registration and AIA membership requirements.

          American Society for Landscape Architects (ASLA)

          The ASLA is a US national association which has supported and advocated for the field of landscape architecture since 1899.

            The Boston Architectural College (BAC) offers design professionals the opportunity to fulfill professional development requirements through classes, seminars, conferences, and workshops. The BAC is approved to offer CEUs, AIA credits (HSW/LU), GBCI, ASLA, and RIBA units.

            We offer a range of online and on-campus courses that allow professionals to earn their credits. New courses start every 8 weeks. See below to find courses that are of interest to you.

            In addition to full-length courses, the BAC offers short-term workshops, seminars, and conferences that can be completed to earn additional credits.
