Welcome

The Bursar's Office is one part Student Services. Our staff is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to students and their families regarding all student financial accounts.

Department responsibilities include:

  • Issuing billing statements
  • Collecting tuition and fees
  • Processing financial aid funds to a student account
  • Refunding credit balances
  • Assisting with payment options
  • Isuing 1098-T tax forms

Important Information:

  • Access real-time account information and make payments via credit card through Self-Service. For help making a payment online please see the Self-Service payment instructions here.
  • Health insurance waivers need to be completed once a year; prior to fall clearance or prior to spring if not enrolled for fall. Waivers are processed through the Gallagher website. View the Student Health Insurance webpage for more information. 
  • Begining in Fall 2016 Tuition Refund Insurance will be billed to all students with the option to waive. More details regarding the waiver process will be published by mid-May. 
  • All returning degree students are able to register for courses during an online registration period that is prior to their payment due date.  A bill is generated after registration based on the credits enrolled. Failure to pay in full by the due date will result in a late payment fee and conitnued delinquence will result in being removed from registered courses.
  • New degree students will be registered through the Admissions Office begining at specified times each term for those students who have paid the Intent to Register Fee. A bill with a designated due date will be mailed and failure to pay in full by the due date will result in a late payment fee and continued delinquence will result in being removed from registered courses.
  • Continuing Education students are required to pay at the time of registration online via Self-Service. If a registration cannot be completed online it can be done by the Registrar's Office and payment will need to accompany it.
  • In order to discuss an account with anyone other than the student, we must have a FERPA authorization on file.

Important Dates:

Summer 2016

All Degree Students:

  • Online registration: April 4 - April 15, 2016
  • Payment is due by May 15, 2016
  • After May 15, 2016 a $150 Late Payment Fee will be charged

Continuing Edcuation Students:

  • Online Registration: April 4 - June 10
  • Payment is due at the time of registration

Fall 2016

M.Arch - Distance Track, M.D.S. and M.S.I.A. Students:

  • Online Registration: April 25 - May 13, 2016
  • Payment is due by June 15, 2016
  • After June 15, 2016 a $150 Late Payment Fee will be charged
  • M.Arch Distance Track and M.D.S. Intensive courses begin online on August 1, 2016; M.S.I.A. Intensive will occur onsite on September 11 - 12, 2016.

Returning Onsite Students:

  • Online Registration: April 25 - May 13, 2016
  • Payment is due by July 15, 2016
  • After July 15, 2016 a $150 Late Payment Fee will be charged

New Onsite Students:

  • Registration is through the Admissions Office once the Intent to Register Fee is paid
  • Payment is due by July 15, 2016
  • After July 15, 2016 a $150 Late Payment Fee will be charged

Continuing Education Students:

  • Payment is due at the time of registration
