Our staff is committed to provide these standards in a fair and cost-effective manner while continuing to meet the changing needs of the college.

How to Reserve Space

Office and Department Locations

320 Newbury Street

  • Basement: Facilities Department, the copy center & mail room services, Wood Shop, PhotoLab, CNC Lab, and studio classrooms
  • 1st Floor: Security, Associate Vice President and Dean of Students' Office, Student Life Office, Academic Advising, the Admissions Office, McCormick Gallery, and the First Floor "Fishbowl" meeting room
  • 2nd Floor: Education Department: The President, V.P. of Academic Affairs, Interim V.P. for Academic Affairs & Director of Liberal Studies, Executive Assistant to the President, Administrative offices of Education, Architecture, Design Studies, Liberal Studies, Cascieri Hall, the Loft, Faculty Lounge, staff and faculty mailboxes
  • 3 rd Floor: Studio rooms, Interior Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Marketing & Communications and Media, Institutional Advancement, and the Interior Architecture Materials Library.
  • 4th Floor: Academic Technology Resources Office, Digital & Design Media Arts, the Computing Department, Stankowicz Gallery, Computing Teaching Labs, Open Computing Lab, Laser Modeling Shop, Coder Lab, and Computational Design Research Lab, Director of Digital Media, and the Director of Media Arts
  • 5th Floor: Classrooms, The Practice Department, Visual Resources office, and Liberal Studies
  • 6th Floor: Library, Memorial Library, the Learning Resource Center, and Library offices

951/955 Boylston Street

  • Lower Level 955 Boylston: Financial Services including the V.P. of Enrollment and Student Services, Bursar, the Registrar's department, Continuing Education, Scholarship and Awards
  • Ground level: Finance and Administration, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Operations, and Archives
  • 1st Floor: Security, 951 Boylston Street Meeting Room/Lecture Hall "the Beehive"
  • 2nd Floor: Director of Master's Thesis, Thesis faculty office, Thesis Studios
  • 3rd Floor: Director and Assistant Director of Foundation Studios, the Faculty Office, High School & Youth Design Programs, and Studio classrooms.

  • Director of Facilities, Director of I.T. Operations, I.T. department, Online support staff

How to Reserve BAC Building Space
For Faculty rescheduling classes please contact Education Services at 617-585-0169.
For space use by outside groups or for individual event requests, please see our Event Rentals page or please contact the Director of Administrative Operations at 617-585-0211.
Please Note: Two weeks advance notice is required to ensure setup and support needs. All events must have an attending BAC staff advisor and/or sponsor.
Permissions to serve alcohol at any event must receive a separate approval from a member of the President's Cabinet.
