Asli is currently an architect with Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) and also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the BAC.
Asli is the chair of the BSA Race & Architecture Board, she is a faculty advisor of NOMAS-BAC and organizes outreach with NOMAS-Boston. Asli has been teaching at the BAC for over five years, and keeps in touch with many of her students to encourage them along their career journeys. She is also faculty advisor and is helping push the NOMAS-BAC chapter forward. As a female, immigrant, and international student, she has been continually proving her commitment to help other minorities as well as the future of our field through her teachings, her community involvements, and through her career as a practicing architect working on projects from justice, equity, civic, transportation to healthcare, cancer and data centers.
