Josh currently serves as Vice President, Design and Development for Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, a trusted real estate partner for health systems, hospitals, and medical groups throughout the country. Josh has over 12 years of healthcare project experience ranging from small-scale hospital department renovations and tenant improvements to large-scale hospital campus expansion projects and new ground up outpatient facilities. As a skilled architect with expertise in the use of BIM software, he facilitates complex documentation to coordinate building, structural, and MEP systems, ensuring project efficiency and quality control.
Josh is also deeply engaged in the future of the profession and has represented architects at both the local and national level through his active involvement and many committee appointments with the American Institute of Architects, Academy of Architecture for Health, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and his town’s local planning board. Josh received his Bachelor of Architecture from the BAC in 2013 and is a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey.
