Inga Leonova

Inga Leonova is a design educator with over 20 years of teaching experience ranging from design studio and thesis advising to drawing and presentation techniques, architectural history, and theology of sacred space. In addition to teaching a course on Monotheism and Culture at the BAC, she is currently advising thesis students at New England School of Art and Design. Her previous engagements at the BAC included co-teaching Distance Learning Design Thesis and Studio. 

Inga's experience as a design practitioner covers a broad range of multi-million dollar projects in various institutional markets and hospitality design. She oversees implementation of sustainable design principles and integrated project delivery process across the office practice spectrum. Her work focuses on interconnectivity of healing environments for healthcare and ecological consideration. She was a co-author of "The Cost of LEED" white paper published in 2009 by BuildingGreen, Inc., a number of articles on human stewardship of the environment and interaction with built space, and articles on theology and sacred space.
