Since moving to New England more than 20 years ago, Pamela Bailey has focused her construction project management career on the preservation and restoration of historic structures. Pam's experience ranges from civic landmarks to significant buildings on academic campuses, including projects such as Boston Public Library's McKim Building, Boston's Old State House and H.H. Richardson's Hayden Building, Emerson College's Cutler Majestic Theater, Harvard University's Memorial Hall, Radcliffe Yard buildings, and rebuilding puddingstone walls at the Arnold Arboretum. Her dedication to promoting the restoration of historic buildings and the preservation of the cultural heritage associated with these structures has led to numerous awards and recognition.

Pam is a Project Manager at BOND, a Boston-based construction management firm. She has been a member of Preservation Massachusetts' Board of Directors since 2006, and Board Chairman from 2012–2015.
