Nominate Alumni Advisory Council Members

Nominations are open for the 2022-2023 cycle!

The Boston Architectural College Alumni Advisory Council (AAC) wants to engage every graduate in the life of the College! Members of the AAC work in close partnership with the Office of Institutional Advancement staff members on a variety of key activities, including programming, events, communications, and outreach to alumni. Service on the Council is a great way to make an impact on the BAC and the lives of current students and fellow alumni.

General Requirements and Responsibilities for AAC Members

  • Be a graduate of a BAC program
  • Be willing and able to participate in 4-6 AAC meetings annually (in person or remotely), along with other meetings associated with the AAC Working Group/s. The AAC currently has 6 working groups serving a variety of projects under the categories of Governance, Regional, Events, Marketing, Lifelong Learning, and Awards & Recognition. We ask all AAC members to join at least 1 Working Group.
  • Help develop and support a variety of events and programs throughout the year aimed at:
    • Raising the global visibility of the BAC
    • Promoting and increasing the value of the BAC to its alumni
    • Encouraging volunteerism and financial giving from alumni to the BAC
    • Expanding the impact of the alumni network for both students and alumni

We strive to achieve a balanced and broad representation of the BAC alumni community on our AAC. We are looking for representation from various backgrounds, degree programs, regions, and industries.
