Adrian Fehrmann is a Core Faculty in Landscape Architecture, joining the BAC in 2025. He is also the founder of 4N Projects, a landscape architecture studio based in the Boston area.

Bringing nearly 25 years of combined experience in landscape architecture and urban design, Adrian enriches his teaching with a wealth of professional insight. This experience is drawn from a wide range of project types, navigating diverse cultural and ecological contexts. Adrian is a firm believer in landscape architecture's pivotal role in shaping the built environment of our daily lives and is dedicated to educating the next generation of practitioners.

Before establishing 4N Projects, Adrian spent 15 years as an Associate Principal at Reed Hilderbrand, leading numerous award-winning projects both in the U.S. and internationally. His professional background also includes appointments at Stoss and MVVA, along with earlier roles as an urban designer and regional planner in South America. For the past decade, concurrent with his professional practice, Adrian has served as an Adjunct Professor at institutions such as the Rhode Island School of Design, Wentworth Institute of Technology, and the BAC.

Adrian is a Registered Landscape Architect in Massachusetts and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. He holds a Master of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Professional Degree in Architecture from the University of Chile.
