Carlos Guzmán
M.Arch’18 | MLA’21

Carlos Guzmán is a licensed architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds dual M.Arch and MLA degrees from The Boston Architectural College. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Carlos has practiced architecture both in the U.S. and in his native country where he is also a licensed architect.

His passion for designing buildings and creating places where people interact and develop has led him to embrace an approach to design that is embedded in story-telling and influenced by social equality, climate, and cultural context. Carlos’ interdisciplinary view of the practice of architecture and the roles of the contemporary architect has allowed him to collaborate and influence the design of all the phases and components of a building project.
