Christopher Kurland graduated from The Boston Architectural College with a Master of Architecture degree in 2012. He is currently a project manager at The Architectural Team in Chelsea, MA. Since moving to Boston to attend graduate school at The Boston Architectural College, he has worked for Wessling Architects, Lozano, Baskin and Associates, Wilson Architects, and Goody Clancy & Associates. He is an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate designer, always eager to contribute to each project team and gain new first hand experiences.
Christopher has proven his ability to prepare and manage a wide-range of projects with consistent attention to detail with an in-depth understanding of building envelope detailing and resolving complex design challenges. In his career, he has worked on a wide range of architectural project types and specialties, including: academic facilities, historic preservation, multifamily housing, envelope restoration, peer reviews, affordable housing, transit stations, corporate interiors, laboratories, fit-outs, and a mixed-use high rise in Greater Boston. He is currently working on a 6-story, 450 unit redevelopment project in Everett, MA and managing the construction of a 52 unit affordable housing project in Roxbury, MA.
