Ravi Parmar holds a Master of Design Studies in Historic Preservation from The Boston Architectural College and has served as an adjunct faculty member in the Master of Design Studies in Real Estate Development program. He is currently the Land Acquisition and Farm Development Manager at Boston Farms Community Land Trust, an organization that develops and manages community-owned urban farms across Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, and Dorchester.
Ravi is also Principal at Historic Built, a Boston-based development firm focused on the adaptive reuse of historic properties and the creation of affordable housing in Roslindale, Holyoke, and New Bedford.
His experience includes senior roles in affordable and market-rate multifamily lending at MassHousing and JPMorgan Chase. He is a member of the Holyoke Preservation Society and serves as an Affordable Housing Developer Fellow with The Builders Coalition.
Ravi also holds an MBA from Boston University, a Master’s in Finance from Brandeis University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
