Rick is a Principal at PKF O’Connor Davies, an accounting, tax and advisory firm. Rick is a key part of the firm’s architecture and engineering niche. He has over 20 years of experience providing audit, tax and advisory services to closely-held businesses across a variety of industries including architectural & engineering, real estate, technology, manufacturing, and distribution. Rick also has extensive experience working with not-for-profit organizations.
Rick advises clients on ownership transition issues, business acquisitions, KPI benchmarking, and complex accounting matters. He believes in taking a collaborative approach into every engagement so he can better understand his clients’ needs and goals
In addition to his experience working in public accounting, Rick also spent eight years in private accounting, which included three years as a Chief Financial Officer for a prominent not-for-profit organization. These experiences allow Rick to provide unique perspectives and insights that are valued by his clients.
Rick is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
