Srinivas Reddy is the Senior Vice President of Product Supply for the P&G Global Grooming Business, which includes iconic P&G brands such as Gillette, Braun, Venus, and The Art of Shaving. He leads a vast, global organization responsible for all aspects of supply chain management for the Grooming business, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Planning, Innovation and Quality Assurance. Srinivas’ passion for P&G consumers has materialized through his work over the past decade on the Grooming category. Gillette prides itself on being a high performance and high-quality brand, which ties directly to Srinivas’ commitment to excellence as the leader of the Process and Engineering organization from 2011-2015, and his leadership of the Global Innovation organization from 2015-2018.
At the helm of the Global Product Supply organization, he brings together the end-to-end work of connecting its global supply chain, manufacturing facilities, and engineering and innovation expertise to deliver superior products regularly used by more than 800 million consumers.
Srinivas believes that Doing the Right Thing and Driving Value must go hand in hand, which is why he has made a lasting career at Procter & Gamble. For the past 31 years he has been leading the production of trusted brands such as Charmin, Bounty, Puffs, Pampers, Luvs and now the Grooming family of brands. He began his career in 1990 as an Automation Engineer at a manufacturing plant in Georgia and then moved through a variety of leadership positions in Product Supply and R&D. He is well known for his depth of expertise in product innovation, process development, manufacturing, capital & program management, engineering, global expansion, and supply chain management.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and currently serves as the P&G Sponsor of Recruiting for Georgia Tech. Srinivas also serves as a board member for Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) and Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE). His career took him to many places in the U.S. and abroad before moving to Boston in 2011 with his family.
