What is the value of unbuilt architecture? This exhibit explores the unbuilt work of Moshe Safdie that is integral to the evolving practice. This exhibit takes viewers through the evolution of seminal concepts developed through 55 years of practice. The exhibit showcases artifacts and materials used in the creative process - models, drawings, sketches - alongside news articles, photographs, commentary, and film, to offer broader context and tell the unpublished stories behind the designs.

Join us Wednesday, December 14 from 6:00-7:00PM for an insightful gallery talk with MSA Principal Jaron Lubin, the exhibit's designer Junko Yamamoto, Archivist Annie Fisher, and Designer Natalie Wanjek. During this discussion, you will learn about the emergent ideas, the projects, and this exhibit.

All are welcome to attend this free gallery talk.

This exhibit is open to the public in the McCormick Gallery until January 2, 2023.
