9AM-10AM – Welcome – Vic Liptak, Vice President for Education will offer opening remarks and Dean of Students, Richard Griswold will offer insights on a successful BAC experience, and the organization of the orientation.

10AM-11AM - Getting Started: Enrollment, Support, and the Launch – Join Rebecca Chabot-Wieferich, Associate VP of Enrollment Management, and Michael Daniels, Director of Foundation Student Support, as they provide an overview of your degree requirements, enrollment options and the resources and support at the BAC. This presentation provides essential information for navigating your first semester.

11AM-12PM – Office of Student Life Drop-In Hours – Meet OSL staff, students group leaders, to ask questions about campus life, student leadership, upcoming social events and other opportunities.

12PM-2PM – Academic Advising Drop-In Hours – If you have questions from the “Getting Started” session, use this time to connect with the advising team, finalize your schedule, ask questions regarding courses, and set up appointments for your specific advising issues!

2PM-4PM – Getting Started: Navigating the Virtual Classroom – New students can use this time to get acquainted with BAC educational technology, including Moodle, Zoom, and the BAC Cloud Canopy.

4PM-5PM – City Lab Information Session - CityLab is an immersive exploration and sketching course designed for incoming students and unique to the BAC. Join Ashley Tannebaum, the CityLab lead instructor to find out what to expect!
