Spotlight Story: Stefan Angelovski

Stefan is an online Master of Architecture student entering his final semester, with plans to graduate in Fall 2025. Originally from Macedonia, he moved to the United States with his family to pursue his passion for architecture and further his education. Like many BAC graduate students, Stefan has balanced the demands of full-time work, family life, and advanced study—embodying the perseverance and dedication that define the BAC community.

When Jim Ansara, Hon'25, walked across the stage to accept an Honorary Degree at the 2025 BAC Commencement, he felt seen and validated. Jim, who founded Shawmut Design and Construction, next chapter lead to the creation of Build Health International (BHI). The not-for-profit is on a mission “to improve access to and build capacity for dignified, affordable, and high-quality healthcare infrastructure in resource-constrained settings around the world.”
