The Billing Process

For Degree Students: 
Charges are applied and statements are generated approximately 30 days prior to the initial billing due date. Due dates are as follows:

• June 15 for Fall Semester Online M.Arch and MDS Students
• July 15 for Fall Semester Undergraduate, Onsite M.Arch, MIA, and MLA.
• December 15 for Spring Semester
• May 15 for Summer Semester

Statements are generated electronically. An email notification will be sent with the statement that can be accessed online via Self-Service. 

If a student changes their registration after the initial statements are run, the student will be notified via email within 1-3 business days; however, it is important to note that the due date remains the same. If changes are made after the due date, the updated charges are due immediately. All charges must be paid in full prior to the start of each semester.

Accounts paid late are subject to a Late Payment Fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance charged on a monthly basis until the account is paid in full. Accounts outstanding at the start of classes are subject to drop due to non-payment.

Students who wish to register after the payment due dates may be subject to make payment based on estimated charges prior to registration.

For Non-Matriculating and Continuing Education Students:
Tuition and fees are due immediately upon registering for classes online.
