Billing

The Office of Student Services assists students in successfully navigating the administrative processes during their time at the BAC. Understanding the billing process and how to make payments can be daunting. Please find helpful information and resources for your questions. The BAC’s Student Advocates and Student Billing staff members are always here to help answer any additional questions.

The Billing Process

For Degree Students: 
Charges are applied and statements are generated approximately 30 days prior to the initial billing due date. Due dates are as follows:

  • June 15 for Fall Semester Online and MDS Students
  • July 15 for Fall Semester Undergraduate, Onsite M.Arch, MIA and MLA.
  • December 15 for Spring Semester
  • May 15 for Summer Semester

Statements are generated electronically. An email notification will be sent with the statement that can be accessed online via Self-Service. 

If a student changes their registration after the initial statements are run, the student will be notified via email within 1-3 business days; however, it is important to note that the due date remains the same. If changes are made after the due date, the updated charges are due immediately. All charges must be paid in full prior to the start of each semester.

Accounts paid late are subject to a Late Payment Fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance charged on a monthly basis until the account is paid in full. Accounts outstanding at the start of classes are subject to drop due to non-payment.

Students who wish to register after the payment due dates may be subject to make payment based on estimated charges prior to registration.


For Non-Matriculating and Continuing Education Students:
Tuition and fees are due immediately upon registering for classes online.

Fall 2024 Important Dates

Online M.Arch and MDS Students:

  • Online Registration: April 16, 2024 - April 26, 2024
  • New students are registered through the Admissions Office once the Enrollment Deposit is paid
  • Bills will be generated mid-May
  • Payment is due by June 15, 2024*

Undergraduate, Onsite M.Arch, MLA and MIA Students:

  • Online Registration: April 16, 2024 - April 26, 2024
  • New students are registered through the Admissions Office once the Enrollment Deposit is paid
  • Bills will be generated mid-June
  • Payment is due by June 15, 2024*
*Accounts paid late are subject to a Late Payment Fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance charged on a monthly basis until the account is paid in full. Accounts outstanding at the start of classes are subject to drop due to non-payment.
  • Fall Priority Registration begins June 10, 2024
  • All students registration begins June 24, 2024
  • Payment is due at the time of registration

Spring 2025 Important Dates

Returning Students:

  • Online Registration: October 28, 2024 - November 8, 2024
  • Bills will be generated mid-November
  • Payment is due by December 15, 2024*

New Students:

  • Registration is through the Admissions Office once the Enrollment Deposit is paid
  • Bills will be generated mid-November
  • Payment is due by December 15, 2024*

  • Spring Priority Registration begins October 28, 2024
  • All student's registration begins November 11, 2024
  • Payment is due at the time of registration

  • Online Registration: March 18, 2024 - April 26, 2024
  • Bills will be generated mid-April 
  • Payment is due by May 15, 2024*
*Accounts paid late are subject to a Late Payment Fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance charged on a monthly basis until the account is paid in full. Accounts outstanding at the start of classes are subject to drop due to non-payment.
  • Summer Online Registration begins April 1, 2024
  • Payment is due at the time of registration
