The Bursar's Office is one part Student Services. Our staff is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to students and their families regarding all student financial accounts.

Department responsibilities include:

  • Issuing billing statements
  • Collecting tuition and fees
  • Processing financial aid funds to a student account
  • Refunding credit balances
  • Assisting with payment options
  • Issuing 1098-T tax forms

Important Dates

SUMMER 2018

All Returning Degree Students:

  • Online Registration: March 19–May 4, 2018
  • Bills will be generated in mid-April
  • Add/Drop Opens: May 21, 2018
  • Payment is due by May 15, 2018
  • After May 15, 2018 a $75 Late Payment Fee will be charged

FALL 2018

Returning B.Arch, BDS, BIA, BLA, BS Arch, Onsite M.Arch, MIA, MLA & MSIA Students:

  • Online Registration: April 17, 2018–May 4, 2018
  • Bills will be generated mid-June
  • Payment is due by July 15, 2018
  • After July 15, 2018 a $75 Late Payment Fee will be charged on a monthly basis until the balance is paid in full.

Returning Online M.Arch & MDS Students:

  • Online Registration: April 17, 2018–May 4, 2018
  • Bills will be generated mid-May
  • Payment is due by June 15, 2018
  • After June 15, 2018 a $75 Late Payment Fee will be charged on a monthly basis until the balance is paid in full.

New Online M.Arch and MDS Students:

  • Registration begins online on April 17, 2018 once the Intent to Register fee is paid
  • Bills will be generated mid-May
  • Payment is due by June 15, 2018
  • After June 15, 2018 a $75 Late Payment Fee will be charged on a monthly basis until the balance is paid in full.

New B.Arch, BDS, BIA, BLA, BS Arch, Onsite M.Arch, MIA, MLA & MSIA Students:

  • Registration is through the Admissions Office once the Intent to Register Fee is paid
  • Bills will be generated mid-June
  • Payment is due by July 15, 2018
  • After July 15, 2018 a $75 Late Payment Fee will be charged on a monthly basis until the balance is paid in full.

Continuing Education Students:

  • Summer Online Registration begins April 9, 2018
  • Fall Online Registration begins June 18, 2018
  • Payment is due at the time of registration

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Access real-time account information and make payments via credit card or electronic check through Self-Service. For help making a payment online please see the Self-Service payment instructions here.
  • Health insurance waivers need to be completed once a year; prior to fall clearance or prior to spring if not enrolled for fall. Waivers are processed through the Gallagher website. View the Student Health Insurance webpage for more information. 
  • Tuition Refund Insurance is available to all degree students each semester. Students enroll directly through GradGuard. More can be found at gradguard.com/onsite and gradguard.com/distance.
  • All returning degree students are able to register for courses during an online registration period that is prior to their payment due date.  A bill is generated after registration based on the credits enrolled. Failure to pay in full by the due date will result in a late payment fee. Continued delinquency may result in additional late fees and subject to removal from registered courses.
  • New onsite degree students will be registered through the Admissions Office beginning at specified times each term for those students who have paid the Intent to Register Fee. A bill with a designated due date will be mailed and failure to pay in full by the due date will result in a late payment fee and continued delinquency may result in additional late fees and subject to removal from registered courses.
  • New online degree students will register online beginning at specified times each term for those students who have paid the Intent to Register Fee. A bill with a designated due date will be mailed and failure to pay in full by the due date will result in a late payment fee and continued delinquency may result in additional late fees and subject to removal from registered courses.
  • Continuing Education students are required to pay at the time of registration online via Self-Service. If a registration cannot be completed online it can be done by the Registrar's Office and payment will need to accompany it.
  • In order to discuss an account with anyone other than the student, we must have a FERPA authorization on file.
