As Principal and Design Practice Leader, Jill leads ADD Inc's Design Practice Group in developing improved methods and procedures for design, delivery and management. With responsibilities in Human Recourses, Operations and Practice Technology, Jill's unique perspective guides and supports design teams to holistically impact ADD Inc's practice.

Jill was elected to the Board of Overseers in 2006. She is a charter member of the Employer Advisory Council at the BAC, with an expressed goal of expanding meaningful conversations between the college and firms which instruct and support our students. She was instrumental in the preparation of the BAC's successful proposal for the AIA Practice Academy Grant. Jill and ADD Inc have played an active role with the BIM (Building Information Modeling) initiative at the BAC supported by this grant.

Jill served on the Task Force to Plan to the 2007 Board Retreat on Collaboration and the Task Force to Plan the 2007 Annual Meeting/Preview08 event. She also co-chaired the Task Force on Marketing and Communications and was named to task force created to plan the first Board/Overseer Orientation held at the BAC. Jill currently serves on the Strategic Planning Task Force on Education.

Jill served as the 2002 Chair for the Technology in the Architectural Practice (TAP) PIA for the AIA. She sat on the TAP PIA board from 1998-2003. Jill is actively involved with the AIA CIO Large Firm Roundtable, of which she has been a member since 1998.Jill Rothenberg frequently speaks at industry events on topics that include BIM, Knowledge Management, and Change Management. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Alfred University in New York, was an interior design student at the BAC, and is NCIDQ certified.
