Kevin Hydes

Kevin Hydes PE, PEng, CEng, LEED AP, LEED Fellow, is the founder, President and CEO of Integral Group, a global deep green building services (MEP) engineering firm with fourteen offices in the US, Canada and the UK.

With over 30 years of experience as an engineer, Kevin Hydes has spent the past 15 years focusing on green design and advancing its cause. He is internationally recognized as a leader in sustainable design and for his contributions to the building industry. Over the past decade he has gained a reputation as an innovator, pioneer, and green business leader, creating transformative strategies while in the role of President and CEO of Keen Engineering and Vice President of Stantec. Kevin's extensive portfolio including such exemplary projects as the LEED Platinum Certified Packard Foundation Headquarters in Los Altos, CA, a zero-carbon, zero-energy facility, and the David and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, which is LEED Platinum-targeted.

Kevin served on the Board of the USGBC from 2001 to 2006 (Chair for 2005-2006) and helped lead the organization through a critical period of its growth. He was a founder and director of CanadaGBC and a former Chair of the WorldGBC.
