Marilyn M. Fenollosa

Marilyn Fenollosa is a preservation attorney and consultant in private practice. She has served as Community Preservation Program Manager for Historic Massachusetts. Her responsibilities included identification, financial analysis, and coordination of projects involving threatened historic resources throughout Massachusetts. As Senior Program Officer and Regional Attorney for the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Marilyn worked with communities, non-profit organizations and owners of historic properties in New York and Massachusetts to save historic places and build the strength of non-profits in the preservation arena. Marilyn is active in local preservation activities in her hometown of Lexington, MA, where she serves on the Historical and Historic District Commissions and the Community Preservation Committee, and is an elected member of the local Town Meeting.
